[ RETURN POLICY ] 

We accept, for store credit only, items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, animal hair, and/or make-up within 14 days of purchase with original tags attached.

Items that are FINAL SALE include:

  • All accessory items (with the exception of shoes)
  • Sale items
  • "Flash Sale" & "Outfit Deals"
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


NOTE: Items purchased with "Sezzle" have a 6% restocking fee if returned.

If you are wanting to exchange for the exact item in a different size please email us at support@shopdakotaflora.com prior to sending the item back. If you are wanting to exchange for a different item we suggest purchasing that item before it is no longer available and using your credit at a later date. We do not hold items for exchange.

 

[ LOST, STOLEN or ITEMS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY ]

We highly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout. Dakota Flora is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that do not have purchase protection.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is accurate before completing order. In the event that an order is returned to us we will re-ship after receiving payment for shipping fees. If fees are not paid, no refund shall be given and items will be donated.
